Thanks to the financial support of the Rotary Club Prague International, we were able to buy and package gifts sets for Ukrainian refugee children who have been under the care of the RC Prague International in the Czech Republic for 1.5 years. And special thanks to Casey Holt, RCPI member who sponsored us to purchased a board games for the children from the Žatec orphanage.
This Sunday, December 3, we had a fantastic fun meeting at our Rotaract Club Prague International! A special shoutout to our Club Vice President 2023/2024 Hleb Tkachenko, Club member Yelyzaveta Tereshchenko and guest Prince Ugo, Vice President of the Rotaract Club of Lekki Phase 1, D9110, for his active participation in the meeting. Together, we packed 8 personalized gift boxes and 4 board games for the entire group. These gifts will be presented to the children next Monday at Rotary club meeting with them and and the board games will be donated to the orphanage on Saturday.
The experience was incredibly rewarding, and we’re excited to announce that we have many more such projects planned for the future. It’s amazing what we can achieve together!
