On May 25th, Rotaract Hradec Králové partnered with the non-profit organization Děti v akci to organize a special day for children from the Children's Diagnostic Institute (DDÚ) in Hradec Králové.
From 16 to 18 May 2025, Rotaractors from across the district gathered in Ostrava for the annual Rotary District Conference – and what an inspiring weekend it was!
On May 13, 2025, Prostor Pro hosted the Pro Brave Space festival in Slukovy Sady, an event focused on promoting mental health and wellbeing among children and young people.
On May 4th, 2025, members of Rotaract Club Hradec Králové, in cooperation with Erasmus Student Network Hradec Králové and Trash Hero Hradec Králové, gathered to celebrate Earth Day with a meaningful mission - to clean up our city and raise awareness about environmental responsibility.
On Saturday, April 5th 2025, members of Rotaract Hradec Králové attended the Disaster Ready Workshop in Prague, organized by Disaster Aid Europe. The event took place at the University of Chemistry and Technology’s Faculty of Economics and Management, and brought together around 20 participants from several countries, all eager to learn how to support their communities during emergencies.
On March 22nd and 23rd, Rotaract Hradec Králové in cooperation with Taco Boss HK and Rotaract Prague International, organized a special event to provide warm Mexican food to those in need. The event took place in Hradec Králové and Prague, where volunteers prepared and distributed fresh burritos, offering a taste of Mexico and a helping hand to the less fortunate.
Over the past few weeks, Rotaract Hradec Králové has been actively engaging with various organizations to plan and support meaningful projects.
On February 12, 2025, Rotaract Club Hradec Králové had the pleasure of participating in the Welcome Presentation organized by Erasmus Student Network Hradec Králové at the University of Hradec Králové. This inspiring event marked the beginning of the new semester and warmly welcomed international students arriving to study in our city - Hradec Králové.
This January, members of Rotaract Hradec Králové had the honor to both participate in and volunteer at the REM Prague 2025, held from the 23rd to the 26th. This year's REM brought together Rotaractors from across Europe to engage in workshops, social projects, and networking opportunities designed to foster skills and inspire change.Our members also served as volunteers, assisting with registration and guiding attendees to various activities, contributing to the success of the event.
During the December 2024, Rotaract Hradec Králové, with the support of Rotary Club Hradec Králové, organized the second annual clothing donation drive to help those in need. Throughout the month, members of Rotary and Rotaract Hradec Králové generously contributed warm clothing, shoes, blankets, and other essential items, which were then donated to Diakonie Broumov to assist individuals and families facing hardship.
The holiday season of 2024 brought warmth and joy to children in need through our 4th Annual Christmas Collection drive. This heartwarming initiative, organized by Rotaract Hradec Králové and ESN Hradec Králové (Erasmus Student Network) and supported by the University of Hradec Králové, successfully brought smiles to children's faces across several institutions.
