Invitation to the RC Valtice-Břeclav meeting and young wine tasting

Dear Rotarian friends,
 
Our club, located in the heart of the Moravian wine region, cordially invites you to the XIXth extraordinary meeting of RC Valtice-Břeclav, featuring the traditional club lecture on the current topic: “Service Above Self.” The lecture will be delivered by our fellow Rotarian, MUDr. Karel Klanica.
 
As part of the meeting, there will be a tasting of young wines.
 
The meeting will take place on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 7 p.m. at the Hotel Kraví Hora, Bořetice. The wine tasting will be complemented by a gastronomic experience of roast goose, specially prepared by the Hotel Kraví Hora restaurant. The participation fee is 2,000 CZK per person.
The evening will also feature an auction of archival and award-winning wines. All net proceeds from the event will be donated to RC Valtice-Břeclav’s charity projects, specifically for the reconstruction of the Narnia Home—a day and residential facility for 16 children with severe mental and multiple disabilities, including autism, established by Diakonie ČCE - BETLÉM Centre: https://betlem.diakonie.cz/.
 
By participating, you will contribute to fulfilling this year’s motto, “Service Above Self.”
 
For successful and efficient event planning, we kindly ask you to submit a binding registration form in advance. Please provide information on how many friends, including partners, from your club will attend. The binding registration must be sent no later than October 29, 2024, to jaroslav.benda@centrum.cz.
