My description is clear and concise: a workaholic who loves sports. Above all, I am a loving mom of two amazing sons. I do not aspire to the title of "mother of the year"; instead, I guide my "children" (the boys are 24 and 16 years old) towards independence. Although I am not a helicopter parent, it is very important to me to provide my sons with a supportive, loving, and safe home.
By profession, I am an economist and HR manager, currently serving as the vice-director at a secondary school in Znojmo. For several years, I also worked as a lecturer at a university. I hold degrees in economics and management and completed my pedagogical studies when I took on the role of vice-director.
I live for my work; it is my hobby. However, I also recognize the need to take breaks. That’s why I play sports and write. Sports help me clear my head, and in the evenings, I relax by writing articles and managing the school's and Rotary's Facebook pages. When the opportunity to work on the newsletter with Katarina came up, I didn't hesitate to express my interest to the governor.
I love the process of learning. Writing allows me to explore new information, meet new people, and broaden my horizons. I take great pleasure in that. I prepare meticulously for everything I write; for instance, when composing posts related to the Rotary Foundation, I study various articles from different sources and consult with knowledgeable individuals, like Hanka and Michal. In short, I approach my hobbies with the same dedication and honesty as I do my professional work.
