Thank you for everything you have done for Rotary during this Rotary year. I truly appreciate your hard work, dedication and support - Rotary would not be what it is without you.

With the Rotary year drawing to a close, may I kindly ask you to verify whether your club has made a contribution to the Rotary Foundation - Annual Fund this year?

If your contribution has not yet been made, now is the time to do so.

There is no prescribed amount - every gift counts. Both club and individual donations are taken into account.

A gift to the Rotary Foundation’s Annual Fund is tax-deductible:

• In the Czech Republic, we recommend that members donate via their club. The club will then forward a consolidated gift to the TRF and issue a donation receipt.
• In Slovakia, it is possible to contribute directly - and the gift is also tax-deductible there.

Payments can be made in two ways:

• By bank transfer to the TRF account, IBAN: DE51 3007 0010 0255 0200 00 (please enter without spaces)
• By credit card via the official Rotary International website - you can find the link here

I would also like to remind you that any club which does not contribute to the Rotary Foundation this year will be ineligible to participate in any TRF programmes for the next two years - including district and global grants, disaster response grants, scholarships, or applying for district PHF recognition.
