We would like to remind you that the registration fee for the District Conference in Bratislava was due on 15.4.2024. If you have not yet paid, please do so immediately. 

The amount of the fee depends on the selection of the program by the delegates of Rotary Clubs and Rotaract Clubs.

An email with detailed information was sent to club presidents on March 6, 2024.

Payment of fees

Each Rotary Club is required to pay
the basic fee (EUR 85,-) for two club delegates (i.e. EUR 170,-) excluding, regardless of whether only one or no club member attends on behalf of the club.

Depending on the choice of delegates' participation in the accompanying programme, participants or clubs are to pay fees in amounts corresponding to the chosen line-up of accompanying events, for which they have registered. Delegates are also required to pay for their accompanying persons and the programme selected by them.
