For the 15th consecutive year, RC Prostějov proudly hosted its Easter Lamb Exhibition in the elegant setting of the National House in Prostějov.

This cherished tradition sees RC Prostějov collaborating with secondary schools, vocational training centers specializing in baking and confectionery, as well as kindergartens in the Olomouc region. We invite these institutions to decorate Easter lambs for display at the exhibition.

We cover the baking costs for the schools, and for kindergartens we provide pre-baked lambs ready for decoration. Once adorned, we collect the lambs and transport them to the exhibition, which typically opens on the Wednesday before Easter weekend.

Visitors have the opportunity to purchase these beautifully decorated lambs, allowing us to recover the initial expenses. More importantly, visitors cast their votes for their favorite lambs. RC Prostějov then selects the winning student entries and the top kindergarten to receive special prizes.

Each year, the exhibition showcases over 200 lambs of varying sizes, with our record reaching an impressive 350. While approximately 50 lambs are sold annually to offset costs, RC Prostějov generously distributes the remaining lambs to senior citizens' homes, the Children's Home, Prostějov Hospital wards, their patients and staff.

This event brings joy to many: students vying for valuable prizes, kindergarteners delighting in decorating with cream and lentils, and most importantly, seniors, children, and hospital patients. Their happiness brings us immense joy within our club.
