First of all, please allow me to congratulate you on your election to the positions of club presidents and secretaries for the Rotary year 2026/2027.
A prerequisite for the successful assumption of these offices as of 1 July 2026 is participation in the President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) and the District Training Assembly (DTA).
As already communicated earlier, the PELS and the District Training Assembly will traditionally take place at the Hotel Flóra in Olomouc on 20–21 March 2026.
Together with the district team, we are currently preparing the PELS programme, which we believe will bring you valuable inspiration and serve as an important tool in fulfilling your future club responsibilities. The detailed programme will be sent to you in the coming days.
PELS and District Training Assembly (DTA)
As is customary, the PELS will be combined with the District Training Assembly (DTA), during which we will:

Accommodation
The hotel offers discounted rates for our event, valid only until 27 February 2026. After this date, reservations will be subject to availability and without discount.

Reservations cannot be made through online booking systems or hotel websites — in such cases, the discount cannot be applied.
Accommodation costs for Assistant Governors, district team members and trainers involved in the preparation and delivery of PELS and DTA are covered by the district; however, each participant must make their own reservation.
Accommodation costs for presidents-elect, secretaries-elect and club representatives attending PELS and DTA are borne by their respective clubs.
Participation Fees
Each club is required to cover the participation fees for its incoming president and secretary.
