Call for the Submission of Candidate Nominations for Members of the Supervisory Board of Rotary Youth Exchange Czechia, z.ú. – Extension of Deadline

In connection with the need to fill the vacancies on the Supervisory Board of Rotary Youth Exchange Czechia, z.ú. (hereinafter referred to as "DRÚ"), following the expiration of the terms of office in October 2024 of Petra Illnerová, DRÚ member; Milan Míka, DRÚ member; and Ivan Saudreau, DRÚ member,

we hereby invite Rotary clubs to submit nominations for candidates to fill the vacant positions on the DRÚ by 23rd October 2024.

members of the Supervisory Board (DRÚ) are appointed by the Founder, who appoints new members of the DRÚ for a term of 5 years.
Nominations of candidates are submitted by Rotary clubs that are members of the Founder.

Conditions for membership in the DRÚ:
A member of the DRÚ can be an active member of a Rotary club in District 2240, who has served as a Youth Exchange Officer (YEO) in their club for at least two consecutive terms immediately prior to the date of taking office.

Completed, signed, and scanned nomination forms for candidates for DRÚ membership should be sent by 23rd October 2024 to: zdenek.hrabal@rye2240.org.

Nominees will be informed of the results by 31st October 2024.
